Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable and that from time to time things happen which may result in you having to reschedule or cancel a clean. We will do our very best to accommodate you in every way we can, all we ask is that you give us at least 24 HOURS NOTICE. Please understand that time is money and if you do not give us notice, our franchisees waste precious hours travelling to your location unnecessarily when they could be working at another job.
